Confusing spacer choice, need help deciding

I think I am going to get the MD 5/16 spacer as my next mod and I have researched this alot and know that the copper iso is for cold weather, iso for hot etc. However, I live in Ks, where it does snow, but I go to school in Miami where it is very hot. So for the next 3 years I will spend most of my winters in miami, but after that, I will most likely be spending them in the snow. My question then is should I get the copper iso thinking ahead and for the rare chances that I bring my car back in the winter? Will the copper Iso perform well in the hot weather of Miami?

I run the copper iso here in Chi--which is cold in the winter and very hot and humid in the summer-no problems running the copper iso--i recommend it if u might seen freezing temps to avoid ice collection--you could always ask tony at MD, to be sure tho
