Intake Mod: Stillen w/polished z-tube vs. AEM vs. Nismo
In one of the forums, someone suggested that I install a Stillen Air Intake with the 350 z tube instead of the AEM cold air intake.
I was wondering the forums opinion on the matter. Import Tuner has released several dynos suggesting that AEM CAI does give a slight hp increase, but I am interested in the Stillen system, but have not seen any tests on it.
How is the Stillen system different from the AEM? I know the Stillen does not extend downward below the engine cabin, but they do advertise it as a CAI.
And how does the stillen compare to the NISMO system?
Has anyone dealt with these questions or installed them yourself.
thanks...

There are PLENTY of gains to get with exhaust and intakes...
The Stillen is the best all around. You'll retain bottom end, and get top end. The other long tubes will sacrafice bottom end for top end power, but they will still be about the same on the top end. the Injen gets the most HP up top, but again, at a loss down low.
