Cool

Depends on what you want.
MREV2- More usable power and a slight increase in exahust
Stillen- Louder exhaust and a slight power increase

I have a 1/2" spacer on my 03 5AT. The dyno showed more HP than anything else I had done.

One or the other....?

What do you mean one or the other? Installed the MREV2 and the cat-back
true-dual exhaust system work togeather. To achieve maximum HP you really
need MREV2 along with the 5/16" spacer and the exhaust system......get it?
More cool air in and maximum exhaust out with sounds that range from crazy
to sweet and back!

I have the stillen exhaust too and i love it.. I would say go with that first and then go with the mrev.. the exhuast will give you lots of noticable power in the top end for sure.. my car fely a little Boggy before the exhaust upgrade..
do the MREV later IMO..

What are your priorities?

Personally, I would do the MREV2 + Spacer first; best bang for the buck in regards to NA power. The exhaust would definately be next.

My preformance shop it would be best to do the exhaust first and than to go with spacer. The most restrictive part on a G35 sedan is its exhaust.

So most people have voted for the MREV2...better bang for the buck I guess. How does it sound with the stock exhaust? Anyone have dyno's of each individual mods on a stock block?

For what it is worth . . . I installed the MREV+, 5/16" spacer, and intake stuff, prior to installing the HKS exhaust. In the end, it all came together quite nicely.

In any event . . . Enjoy your mods, regardless of which order you install them.

you're gonna end up doing them both anyway... just flip a coin

Have the coin handy in the future because the mod bug attacks quick you'll be doing a lot of coin flipping to determine the next fix for the addiction

I would do the MREV2 (assuming the exhaust will follow later)... the best thing you can do is plan your entire intake and exhaust setup then piece it together as money (or whatever) permits... tons of research on the boards and advance planning = you should be a happy camper
