hey, is 5/16 spacer will also pass the smog test in CA?

It won't adversely affect emissions and its highly unlikely to be noticed, but its not CARB approved.

You get either the spacer or upper plenum... not both.

Just get the MD spacer; the other plenums are more expensive and achieve the same job as just the spacer itself.

Also, if you're revup, I would add the MREV2 (a modified lower collector non-revup plenum) into your list.
