My friend is in the process of installing my plenum spacer and is wondering how to remove the 2 studs that you have to replace with the extended ones! There is one on the left and right side of the intake manifold!

Small socket (can't remeber size...like 5mm) or screw two nuts onto the studs and lock them together so that you could unscrew the stud with the lower nut. You shouldn't need too much force. It's all in aluminum so be sure the plenum is cold and that you don't use too much force on any of the bolts - torque wrench saves to day. Good luck.
