Best Complete Exhaust Setup?

I am looking to add some power and more aggressive sound to my G. What do you guys think is the best setup as far as improving my exhaust system: headers, cats, muffler. I am looking for a more aggressive sound as well as a favorable power increase. I have heard good things about the NISMO exhaust setup.

Crawford Headers - Equal lenth shorties what else do I need to say.

Crawford High-Flow cats - Good gains no rattles lose like 12Lbs

Nismo Exhaust - Lose like 9Lbs and have nice gains with no real loss on the low RPMS. Plus keep the stock sound but just more loud and agressive..

Do that and a plenum and your car will sound amazing and pick up probably 30+ horsepower somewhere in the RPM band..

350z Pipe / Stillen High-Flow

Re: Best Complete Exhaust Setup?

i would strike the crawford cats and go with RT's those will gain more HP. The exhuast its self well the nismo is good for the price but there are other good exhusat out there and most seem to make the same. So to say one is better then the other is hard to prove.... Some like Injen others like Nismo or Stillen or RS*R and so on

Re: Best Complete Exhaust Setup?

Hey Moog stick your ricer math up your arsss PLEASE....... Here is a dyno that proves my statement.. Do some research then post. Im not here to do stupid usless math that adds up to nothing. I like proof and wouldn't tell anyone anything else unless there was proof. This dyno is with the Crawford package and a usless filter. I dont think this one has an exhaust as I cant find that one as the numbers are higher... The one with a borla added like 38 which is Dougs car but cant find his dyno right now...

Thank you.

Ok, so looks like the blue dyno run was 238.52 and the green run was 258.20. How is that 30+ hp?

Re: Best Complete Exhaust Setup?

Ha Ha again my friend look at what i said. "Somewhere" in the RPM range you could gain 30+ HP. Look at the dyno @ 6400 RPMs that looks to me like a +30 gain.. Its not all about peak HP. You need to look from idle to redline.. Plus this dyno is without an exhaust.. So can you please retract your statement (ricer math) and stop this silly info war so we can get this guy what he wants.. A good full exhaust system...

Re: Best Complete Exhaust Setup?

I think i will go with the NISMO exhaust and RT-high flow cats. What kind of place should I look for to install something like this and how much should i expect to pay for installation?
