Pop Charger Filter

Pop Charger Filter
Hey, so I finally got my pop charger and ztube today and I'm gonna install it tomorrow. I was wondering, does the filter come pre oiled? and if not how much oil are you supposed to put on it?
Also, I read a bunch of posts and looked at a bunch of pics about the heat shield. But I'm not sure if I have all the edge trim for it. Here's a pic of it and this is all of the trim that I got. Thanks for the help and sorry for the dumb questions.

I have ordered 2 of the said and in both cases, both of the popcharger filtering elements were pre-oiled. It's not difficult to tell whether or not the unit has been oiled. Upon cleaning your filter, use due care when oiling it. Too much oil is bad for the MAF sensor.
I opted to use 2 filters. At every 5k mile interval, I take the dirty one out and replace it with a clean and oiled filter. Thus, there is no down time and I can take my time to clean and oil the dirty unit.

By that I mean if you run your fingers across it and you don't get any residue, then you'll want to oil it.
