Pop-Charger filter with Stillen air-box & Z/Tube.

Sorry if this is a re-post, but will I get more sound if I add the pop-charger filter to the Stillen air-box w/z-tube?.. OH & will it fit?

i think they are the type of filter so sound may be the same
