HELP A NOOBIE out!

so i made a thread before about how i bought the xo2 exhaust for a 350 and i need to put it on my coupe, now i need to know:

first, how many extensions am i going to need?! some people have told me one, others have told me two, i think its two...anyone?

and second, i didnt buy the extensions so im going to have an exhaust shop make them for me,

1) where should i tell tell to weld the extensions to? the midpipe?

2) should i make the extensions 8 inches instead of 2 inches? because ive heard that the tips dont reach out long enough, so why not make the extensions bigger?

im gettin my exhaust put on tomorrow morning so your help is very much appreciated!

thanks guys!

Your exhaust shop ought to know what to do. Ater all, they are the "experts".

You are going to need 2 extensions.

And they go behind your Y-pipe replacement.

The extensions are already 8 inches. I would not make them any more.

To resolve the tips, just have them take off the adjusting screws and drill new holes. If you go any farther with the piping the canisters will hit your bumper.
