Stillen Hi-Flow Airbox

I was looking for a replacement for my stillen cai filter...I was leaning towards buying the Pop Charger Replacement Filter from everythingg35 will this filter work with the stillen air box...Also is there any difference between the filters as far as one is louder than the other or the quality of them. If stillen is a better filter then ill go with that. Thanks guys.
