i know in maryland as long as your not throwing any codes on your car you will pass the emissions because on the newer cars they just plug right up, and if you do throw codes try getting an oxygen sensor simulator, my brother just did on his civic but he made his sensor simulaotr dont ask me how he has an aerospace engineering degree
