When I had mine, I just used soap and water to clean. Wiped the fingerprints down with a bit of alcohol after install. Did the same when I sold it. The midpipe will def change color after a while from heat. Not sure how it'll hold up in Chicago winter. Frequent underbody cleanings maybe?

I wish I still had mine. It just sounds and looks bada$$. It's exclusive and it's light as hell! Look at the welds too. Best ever. Ultimate quality. I almost picked up another from AboostedG but came to my financial senses. Plus after seeing the Amuse Z in the Best Motoring vids, it's hard not to become a fanboy. Haha.

a bit of alcohol was used after install and my tech fended off many who wanted to come up and touch it before i picked the g up.

will try to do a proper flyby sometime soon

Some installed pic's (tech will forward me some pics of the install process and I will post them when they are received:

My tech was able to sucesfully relocate the evap canister a good 3/4 inch away from the amuse pipe--some heat wrap around the lines and such--there is a nice clearance I think--he did a good job!

Topic re-born........
JonnyLaw, it has been over 2 years now. I would kindly like to know how your EVAP canister is holding up as this time since the installation of your beautiful Amuse R1.

Since the installation of your beautiful Amuse R1, have you had any issues in reguards of your EVAP canister without it's heatshield???

I'm not Calvin. I haven't had my Amuse for a couple years, but I've never noticed anything wrong in that area around my exhaust. I've taken the Amuse to the track as well and had turbo.

G35pm, a couple of years ago, did you happen to slightly relocate/ more over-some your EVAP canister, prior to the installation???
