Um how were you going plan to attach it even if it was the right length? The attachment to the airbox is bolts via the maf housing. Like it's been mentioned before, it was never meant for the stock airbox. Easiest solution is buy a cone filter.

That's what you guys get for being ricers and trying to add cheap CF in useless places

its not cheap CF - its just a matter of getting the right one. Clearly the longer one wont fit in the g35 without modifications.

The short one which is a replacement for the stock z tube will fit. Mine should be here by Sunday but I wont get it in until Jan 6 cuz am on vacation!
