Yes, it would be, but you have the non-revup.
So for your application, the best bang for the buck is with the spacer.
The MREV2 will make a slightly higher average gain with a little more TQ.

my .02... when you've picked all the other low hanging fruit (basic bolt-ons)... an MREV2 with proper tune is beneficial for non-revup.

MREV2 is definately one mod I haven't heard a single bad thing from those who actually installed it on their own vehicles. More kudos to Tony

it does seem that you pick up a ton of mid range power. MRC- could you guys scale the graph a little better? Theres no reason for the the tq to be scaled to 540 lol. Just makes it easier to read and see where the power is picked up.

I wish that was possible. Unfortunatly, the dyno software won't allow adjustment of the x,y limits. Its all automatic.

I want an MREV2 + 5/16 spacer so badly! This summer, I'm going to buy one for myself as a birthday present.

Ive done some searching on this topic but haven't had much luck, or maybe the first 40-50 threads I clicked on haven't had what im looking for.. For a revup engine most test are done with the MREV2 and spacer... Im trying to find any info on a revup with just the spacer. Maybe there's no relevant worth to doing that? Any info or link to a worthy thread would help!

Thanks.

I did that test a long time back when the revup engine first came out.

It turns out that the spacer has no effect on a stock revup lower plenum.

You can certainly use a spacer with good effect on a revup engine, but only when in conjunction with the MREV2.

I noticed a huge difference in power with my MREV2 and 5/16 spacer. The throttle is a lot more responsive as well, def worth the money. Thanks Tony!
