Cosworth plenum installed *pics*

Ok, just picked the car up. The cos plenum gave much better clearance than the mrev2, spacer, and stock manifold for strut bars. Before, the ARC strut cleared the plenum, but was slightly rubbing the underhood cover. Now with the cos installed, the strut can be brought down more and it no longer rubs the underpanel.

Unfortunately, the dyno I use is unavailable until mid next week--so I'll have to see what changes, if any, occured after swapping out the spacer and Mrev2 for the cos.

The md tb copper plate/bypass was used, but instead of the MD aramid intake manifold gasket, I chose to use the hondata heatshield intake manifold gasket.

As far as what I can tell from the seat of my pants, I think I lost some tq/power between 2-3k, but it seems to pull a lil harder from 3.5k-5k, but take that observation with a grain of salt as I have been driving a stock loaner sedan for a couple of days so dunno for sure. I also only drove the car home cuz the weather is still mighty crappy in chicago and I have never seen this many potholes before; also waiting for the tint to fully cure inside where its warmer.

Very nice, I like the way this looks, but I cant justify 1500$ if it dsnt have any gains..

I need to see what numbers it puts down with a TN kit.

I was gonna say the same thing - but didn't want to be a negatron

Actually I'd have the casting smoothed and powder coat it

I think the cos sits the same as oem, but w/out a spacer it fits a little lower.
