I just ordered a TurboXS Exhaust off ebay for a 350z. Only one problem, i have a g35 coupe. Any suggestions on whether I should extend the midpipe or the exhaust tips, or maybe even do the S550 Thing and totally cover the exhaust tips with bumper some how.

well i guess i have to do something with it now that i bought it.

 

i bought the same exhaust system... instead of getting an extension for the mid-pipe u can extend the tips of the exhaust.. also, do u know if this is a better exhaust than the OEM exhaust?

 

The 350Z and G35 Y-pipe are the same, and the muffler have the same hanging points. That why I said to you have extent the midpipe.

 

do u know how much of an extension we are talking about?

 

two to three inches. actually, i just ordered an electric exhaust cut out, it was about the right size. I'll post my results after it all gets bolted up.
