Best exhaust
#2
I think its all about personal preference and what exactly you are looking to get from the exhaust. I would recommend you do a search on the forum and you can make you own decision on what will work best for you. I have yet to get exhaust for my G but that is soon to come. I am leaning toward the Fast Intention's Intimidator Catback Exhaust as I have heard good things and really like how they sound. Good luck.

I really like the sound of fast intentions or topspeed n1. They give the car a "F1" type sound. Topspeed is a little less expensive and not as well known but it is really loud and sounds great. Search youtube for a clip and you'll see what I mean.

You would be better served by checking out and listening to the some of the many different exhaust set-ups in person. If possible, you should go to local G meets to see and listen for yourself.

Seems as if your main interest is perofrmance. Hands down it would be the Stillen tru-dual catback system. HP gains have been documented time and time again on this and other sites backed by dynos. However, the gains seem to be around 8.5-11hp. Not much of a gain for a $1,200 mod. Seems that most people add an exhaust for looks and sound, more so than gains. Youtube has lots and lots of worthwhile clips. Some of them really rock. Again, our cars seem to be already highly tuned from the factory as-is. Welcome and enjoy modding your car. Sometimes the research can be lots of fun.
