noob stillen intake + z tube install question

Sorry if this has been asked before, I tried searching but no luck.

I got the Stillen CAI + Z tube combo and had a friend of mine install it.

He installed the CAI fine but for the z-tube he did not install it because he said it was missing a stopper for that air hole that sticks out of the side...I was wondering if anything needs to go in that or is it suppose to be open?

Thanks!

On a stock setup this line goes to the top of the G tube.

But Z tube for some reason has it on the bottom.

So if you properly install the Z tube then this goes on the bottom and you connect line to it.

Here is a pic of a stock setup and where the line should be
