I ae no personal experience with the Stillen Gen 1. From what I have read it is pretty loud. I am currently runningthe HKS with a Coupe mid pipe and it is awsome. Not too loud aalmost no drone, everyone that has heard it comments on it.

+1 on the HKS/coupe middy setup. i've had mine for more than a month and still love the sound. also, this setup shaves ~50+ lbs off the oem exhaust system on my '04.

I've had the Stillen duals on since June of 2007 and still love the sound. At idle it's close to stock, however once you step on it you can tell it's aftermarket.

Search You Tube for sound clips.
