EVO TT With stock headers?!

I've searched but did not find an answer yet.. Im am in a semi-near future most likely going to go with the Vortech, I was wondering if you can actually stick 3'' Evo TT exaust on stock headers?? Im wonderin' if i will have to replace the headers system or not? Is there a complete full kit that is just bolt on, Im in canada and humm, around my town I could probably run test pipes no problem cops wont harass me so much, Im looking for a complete kit. What do you guys suggest? I love the sound of the TT personnally and I dont wanna have to buy twice.

EvoTT bolts on directly to the cats...not sure what you're asking here. The exhaust piping is 2.75 inches, but narrows to bolt to the cats. You can get rid of that bottleneck and run test pipes if you'd like, but it's going to be loud as ****.

why are you going to run the TT exhaust? Why not get the regular exhaust. The TT setup will be louder than the base one if you are not FI and you will actually loose power. If you are also planning to add test pipes with a TT exhaust and a completely NA motor you might as well hand the police your keys to your car.

I hate Injen products, but it's your call. If you are planning to go FI in the near future I would say go with the Evo TT then. If FI is still a ways off for you, just get a decent better flowing exhaust. One of the last G35's Relentless Autosports was working on was pulling off mid 500 whp on regular 91 octane gas and over 600 whp on race gas, and the owner was running just the HKS exhaust, which is only 60mm piping.

if ur gonna get a Vortech you don't need the EVO TT exh, it's designed for a Twin Turbo... turbo cars need the 3" pippig to reduce back-pressure on the turbos. the EVO TT has dual 2.75" pipping, you'll be fine w/a 3" single pipe or a 2.5" dual pipe set up. N/A and supercharged motors need a little back pressure to be resposive. alot of people have lost power from just running after market headers w/SC. HFC's or TP's w/a cat-back exh is the most you can push it, w/o lossing. you don't have to belive me BUT you should. if i'm right then i just saved you a lot of time & money, if i'm wrong i still saved you a lot of time & money...

For NA: Best performance - Stillen or AAM, Best sound - Nismo, then Apexi N1, then HKS, with Fast Intentions and Injen tied for 4th, never really liked the GReddy. looks wise, depends on ur rear bumper... hope that helps

search bro, search. spend some time on youtube, go to the regional meets and hear the exhausts in person and make up your own mind.

the hks is really quiet when on idle and it doesn't drone. The sound is pure buttsex and has lead to much speeding (wanting to hear it at peak rpm).
