how drastically do the resonated tips change the sound?

It makes a difference but very little.

Being resonated is more of a way to thermally insulate the outside of the tip so it won't get hot and discolor the polish.

Stainless turns a yellow brown when it gets really hot. The resonated tip doesn't get that hot so it stays bright.

compared to the stock tips is the resonated the same length?

Will there be a true dual version that will still work with the VQ muffler? I think a matrix of what combinations are compatible is going to be needed.

No, not with the VQ muffler. That one is only for a single.

I will be comming out with the dual 3", and I am very interested in making a VQ axle back section for the dual 3" but that will take another custom muffler design.

It will be done, but not until later. VQ is a very large and unique muffler.

A RAS compatible exhaust being fabbed up tomorrow on E_K's G35C with RAS.
And production will start ASAP!

New To Modding

Hey Tony, im pretty new to modding. i have a '05 G35 coupe..
Iv'e heard some really good things about motordyne..ive been to the site and everything..my question is..what should i get for my car from your site for the best performance and what should i leave stock (exhaust wise).

The G35C True Dual X Shockwave was completed today. (RAS compatible)

Titanium and Stainless start rolling into production later next week.
