What you mean to ask is "If something breaks as a result of me installing my Ztube/Popcharger, will the dealer repair it under warranty".
The answer to that question is "maybe, but probably not". For instance if you jacked up the install and broke your MAF and drove it in all mangled they may have issue.
If however you screwed it up and took it in because your paint started falling off, then the paint falling off would still be honored as a legitimate warranty repair.
Nothing summarily voids your warranty.
