I just got my xo2 exhaust in the mail and i opened it up, there's tons of scratches, the right one is pretty badly dented, the tips (although they are removable) are on upside down and the right one is worn or someting rubbed up on it a lot and left an ugly mark. I knew i wasnt getting an hks but i didnt expect this.

Call the seller and tell them it was damaged during shipping.

My right tip was bent when I received it but thats because I dropped the box on the living room floor pretty bad... Shop fixed the tip.

 

+1 where did you get it? Send that shiit back. Telll them to give u a new one.

as of now i only have close up pics of the damage. Its an hks clone. looks exactly like the hks dual high powered. the quality of it really isnt that bad its just really beat up. i will take pics when they replace it it and i get it on my car.

i actually ordered it directly from xo2.

 

i called xo2 as soon as i saw it. the guy i talked to told me to just take pics and send them to them. he wasnt exactly patient but if they replace it i dont care. it wouldnt be that bad if the dent wasnt in a really visible place. but at the angle it sits on u can see it clearly

 

haha noooooooo not ebay. i wanted to save money but i not putting sight unseen ebay parts on a car like this.

 

i got an email back from them saying that they will send a new tip out tomorrow but i need more than just a tip. heres a look at the problems.

As a previous XO2 owner, I can say I was happy with the exhaust. Yes the tips were pretty disgusting but if you want tips, then check out the alternative ones that other people have found on ebay that are a great replacement.

As for the dent, make sure you are persistent and get a new piece.

 

the other one looked real good. has the nice burnt finish and theres no scratches. this one is just f*cked
