so i i have a y-pipe but the outlet is 3'' i might have someone cut out the outlet piece and bring it to 2.5'' cause i have a 2.5'' exhaust anyone know where i can buy this rare y pipe or i think i should just have this guy who is good at welding bring the y-pip outlet to 2.5''

damn thats really cool man its just too long i only need a few inches cut off at the end of the outlet pipe then take a 2.5 pipe stretch it a tad weld it to end of y then take the other end and weld it to a 2.5 flange and walla.... problem is i had this done before only thing is the end of pipe welded to flange came out POOR and it closes off a lil

 

Kinetix made one, once upon a time, contact them and see if they have any left or know of a vendor who might. HKS also made a 2.44 inch y pipe, but I believe they also stopped making this part.

Look at the HKS Y-Pipe on that site its 2.44" that look like it fits.

 

x2 MAN it makes me mad every y-pipe is steered to 3 in. and thats wonderful for people who decide to go F/I but what about those who decide to stay N/A .. **VENT** the HKS IS A GREAT IDEA AND GOOD SET-UP.. Cant get a hold of anyone for a kinetix... I gotta ditch this 3'' extension pipe that topspeed gave me for a 2.5'' exhaust...AND the nismo shop has been on back order for like months...
