Plenum Spacer

si ive been searching thru the threads and im kinda confused. I have an 03 manual coupe and am thinking about getting a plenum spacer. Is that all i need to buy or do i need something else? and will the power increase be noticeable? thanks

ya i know the website but i am just wondering if i should get the mrev 2 or not for an o3 or if the spacer alone will give me a good power increase

yes it gives noticable power... I noticed it the most downlow but I have the powerlab spacer....
