I was installing my new JWT Popcharger and Ztube and followed Speedoholics excellent walkthrough but had a problem.
the rubber padding on the heatsheild seems to have curled up inside leaving an inch gap where the air can escape
is this normal? or does anyone know how to fix it so that the heatsheild and the air duct have a perfect seal

Try turning it around 180 degrees. Dabomb's did the same thing, but I think it is because he put it on wrong. Mine is fine (for the record)...
