Kinetix V+ plenum-need advice b4 installing

I just got the Kinetix V+ plenum manifold for my car and i was wondering if i need to buy a RTV sealant and new oem gaskets for both he TB and the plenum? and also, will this be effective for my 2004 5AT coupe? I just don't want to waste my time putting this in and find out that it wouldn't be worth my time and money.

As for the sealant, if it's used, where should i apply it on? under the oem gasket, between the oem gasket and the plenum? it says to use loctite on all the screws and hardware..i assume that's recommended...? I've done sum research but not all the DIY info is crystal clear...My car is currently at 30,000 miles on the odometer...should i even bother buying new oem gaskets?

thanks in advance everyone...

OEM gasket is too thin to seal the plenum. If the plenum is used, it does NOT have a perfectly flat surface underneath. I have been using the silicon liquid sealant that handles over 500F temp for over 2 years and haven't had a single issue with it.

Just make sure when u seal the plenum, wait at least 12 hours to turn the car on to make sure it is properly sealed.

daaam..i wish i saw this post sooner..i did use sealant all around..but i did start the car to pull the car further into the garage so i can close the garage after i was done..i hope this doesn't affect the way the sealant sits..i just finished now at about 11:40 and i have to drive it to work tomorrow at about 9 am..i hope this is enough time..i'll only be taking it for a 2-3 min drive to work..my work is close by...wish me luck...

forgot to mention that my plenum is brand new..
