basically wat the title says im having my engine replaced for OC problem while its out im having them trow in the stillen headers along with aluminum flywheel and clutch set.. my question is should i get test pipes, or should i be a nice boy and get cats.. i am more than likely trowin on the nismo z exhaust only cause i love the tone and the looks. but for my DD useage would test pipes be too much?? i also dont have any probs installing the stock cats when inspection comes around so thats not an issue. any toughts ideas

Tp will give you better gains from what I heard, and a bit cheaper than the HFC just watch out for the cops and make sure to swap back to ur old cats when you go for inspection...

 

thx thats wat im going to end up doing TPs i dont do a lot of highway driving so droning wont really be an issue. as far as MILs i can handle those if they do come up

 

If you have a 06' or newer G with test pipes, you're gonna get a CEL that's not going to go away, just FYI.
