As long as the part does not directly cause a problem you should have no problem with warranty.
For example, if one of your headlights burnout, they cannot deny you service because you have exhaust or something.
also it helps if you are friends with the head tech at your local dealership, they might be willing to go out on a limb for you if you need it.

The dealer is just the eyes and ears of Nissan Warranty. The dealer cannot change or deny the Nissan Warranty just does what its largest customer [Nissan Warranty] tells them to do.
The dealer can recommend or ask for you depending on the quality of your relationship.
Many dealerships are trusted and a some bad apples are constantly audited.
After all the service department only has two sources of revenue you and Nissan Warranty, other than the few hundred paid to prep each new car and used car department [which usually have their own technicans due to generic nature/brand of used cars].
