hmm im thinking anywhere from 15-20 for sure. those test pipes alone would give u like 9-12. so. is the greddy evo 2 a catback system? if yes, it might even give better gains. a y pipe back system doesnt really give great gains.

honestly, don't listen to anyone here about possible gains...which is why I won't give you a number. The ONLY way to tell is to do a before and after dyno session. I'm not trying to be a d*ck, I just hate hearing inflated claims.

After I installed test pipes, I actually think I lost power. They weigh a lot less than cats and the bracket, but that was my only gain.

Also the car now smells bad. I also sounds like *** @ 3500 rpm. I want to take them off, but don't have time to deal with it right now.

Genearally TP will tend to decrease low end torque, which is probably the reason you think you have lost power. They do however tend to increase high RPM power.

The smell is normal with TP, there's nothing you can do about that....same with the rasp you hear between 3k and 4k. There's pros and cons to everything, you just have to find out what you can/can't live with.

I just bought resonated test pipes and I'm afraid to install them. I hate rasp.

What type did you end up getting? If they are resonated then it really should only be raspy between 3 and 4k RPM.....unfortunately, that's where the majority of daily driving occurs!

That's why HFC's are so nice, same power gains (unless you are going forced induction) and your torque doesn't fall out.
