Any VQ with non-resonated test pipes with obviously rasp with any setup.
Yeah, I dont think FI has any rasp. Ahh I'm still unsure if its worth the trouble, time, money to switch it. But I'm still unsure of how loud its going to be because videos aren't good for judging volume because of some mics are more sensative.

go for the CF and you will be pleased.. literally zero rasp.. some rasp was introduced with the non-res test pipes though I'd go for HFC's or Res-test pipes

Yeah I finally decided that I'm ordering FI exhaust and some HFC's or test pipes, even though I live in CA, luckily I know my mechanic really well so passing smog wont be a problem. Is FI noticably louder than stock, by how much?

I recently installed FI cat back and High Flow Cats....sounds awesome and not obnoxiously loud at all! Nice deep throaty tone with absolutely no rasp whatsoever...cant wait to install CAI and Headers. Cant go wrong with it. Plus keep in mind that FI piping is 2.5 inch compared to 2.25 for the HKS. Good luck!

It depends on what Motordyne setup you go with . The Gamma is probably about the same. I think the shockwave is louder. Both have a nice deep growl to them. Just depends on how loud you want it.
