Yes the Exhaust is Designed to bolt right in after you remove the stock muffler. HKS is a little pricey but I'd rather pay more for a Quality piece. Stillen is around the Same price range but is Not Even in the Same league as the HKS. I don't think it's too pricey. after all if you were to go to the dealer and buy the Stock Exhaust from their parts dept. You would probally pay lots more than the HKS. Well anyway do the research and Buy what you Like and feel is the Best product at the price range you set. DEMOCRACY in action.... Only In AMERICA...... NV-35
