Hey all. I recently installed the 5/16" spacer and the Throttle Body mods, did the battery disconnect, throttle body learning position update AND the overnight battery disconnect and I'm stil getting the check engine light. I also installed a new set of NGK's Iridiums too, but I don't think this would cause the light.

Any suggestions? Or should I just head to the Nissan dealer and see if they can reset the TB as well.

 

i had the check engine light as well after the spacer install..
but the next day the light went away..
i didnt reset anything

That usually happens if the battery was reconnected before all the maf and TB plugs are put back in.

EDIT: It can also happen if one of the TB harness wires is lose in the TB plug. I've seen it happen before.

 

I got a P0444 Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit Open fault.

I tried to get Nissan to take a look, but they said NO. The Infiniti dealer is about an hour away.

Suggestions? I have the pubs and I'm going through them now.
