Anyone have any news on an exhaust system for the "X" cars?

I've called Stillen, and others. I've come to the conclusion that most of these aftermarket exhaust suppliers are out on the West coast and haven't got a look under our G35x yet. If they were on the East coast it might be different. I've been experimenting with the coupe midpipe and HKS muffler. After a few weeks and a long drive I decided to switch back to the sedan midpipe. The combo of the coupe midpipe and HKS was just a bit loud for me and produced what I perceived to be droning.

Having been under the car a few times I have some opinions that the Fujitsobo Y pipe and sedan exhaust should fit. Also the G Reddy Evo 2 looks like a fit. Just don't want to part with more $ right now to find out a NO.

Sounds like you guys are stuck right now but at least you're looking. Your only option maybe to do what you are currently doing...making your own. Please keep posting your results to help others and also keep in mind that suppliers and manufactureres browse this site so you may find them "listening" to your complaints and sucesses. Good luck!

We modified a Borla exhaust to fit. You just have to change the H-pipe section and adjust it so that it clears the transfer case. We originally modified a coupe one to fit around the AWD FX drivetrain, but you should be able to do something similar to the AWD sedan without a lot of work....
