Just installed Test Pipe/ Throws check engine light. Help

Just installed Test Pipe/ Throws check engine light. Help
Recently Installed TP and threw a check Engine light. My mechcanic put a spacer between the 02 sensor and TP. But still throws the light. what can i do.
