The cheapest way for exhaust
Top Speed is a brand, that is why it is capitalized.
Not a full exhaust, just the universal mufflers. I used magnaflow mufflers when we made my dual 3" exhaust.
ooook, so you're rents bought the car that's sick man. BUT just because you got the car for next to free doesn't mean you should cheap out on modding it.
Save up for all the real deal parts, don't cheap out and buy stuff that is KINDA that same. Unfortunately for you, this isn't a civic so the parts aren't cheap.
I suggest you get a job and start saving as hard. I'm 18 and I work two jobs just to mod and afford my car.

Please don't start buying ebay parts for the car. Sucks that these cars became so inexpensive that 16/17 year olds have the car, and resort to buying $100 parts just for the sake of modding. Save money, buy quality parts. Don't make your beautiful car a joke.
edit: didn't notice the post right above mine saying pretty much the exact same thing.

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods

My advice all of which can be purchased used:
HR y pipe
coupe midpipe
HKS muffler
Will give you ballin' sound, great visual bling, and can be had for under $350 total if you look around. I paid $310 total for all 3.

Stillen Gen 2 (if you want power and sound)
I have the above, just a bit too much sound for me, and will be replacing with the coupe midpip + HR Y pipe as this is proven to be a nice clean sound over stock.
