Yes. Everything you need for a complete install. The only thing you need to supply is the tools to install it.

^ and you can easily do it with a 10 mm socket wrench, extension and a flat head screw driver (for the g/z tube.
Those are the only tools I use
I've never used a torque wrench and I've never had problems.

ive snapped the head off the bolts while torqing them down. not because I over torqued them, but just because i was using too short of a wrench and the angle i was standing at. go slowly and tighten in steps. 3-5 passes of tightening the bolts is best to assure they are all evenly seated
alright. i still havnt gottin around to installing this. i still havnt had any extra money to order some of the little plastic spacers. (bought mine used and it didnt come with any) but i am glad you guys have kept this thread going.

I feel like this is is a good thread to keep going. Because I made both major mistakes.
Mistake number one:

Dropped the plastic bolt spacer into the lower plenum..and that's it resting on a valve!! (closed thank god)
Mistake number two:
Because I had to remove the lower plenum to fish out the plastic piece... while putting it back together I used an in-lb torque wrench and was torquing the first bolt to 40 inch-lbs like the manual says.. and SNAP! broke a bolt
Realized I didn't have the torque wrench set correctly so it was acting like a ratchet. Just be patient everyone and all other new guys out there!
