Removing Plenum Spacer

Question....

When i remove my plenum and plenum spacer, do i need to install a new gasket from Infiniti?

And to remove a grounding it, you just unscrew it all, right?

Thanks!

you should be able to reuse one of the gaskets if it's still in good shape. if it's crushed or cracked, i'd replace it with the new one. as far as grounding kit goes - just unscrew it.

If its a newer MD spacer, you would have needed to remove the OEM gasket so YES, you will need a new gasket.

The grounding kit just unbolts.

If you kept the old one it should be OK.
I had no problem when I removed mine.

You are fine with the stock on as long as it's in good shape.

That's what I have for a loaner now (for a week), it is an amazingly faster car, but the mileage blows & isn't close to the EPA #'s. I'm averaging 14-15 MPG with 100% city driving and just under 21 MPG average (75% highway). My wallet can't afford that...well it could, but I wouldn't want to.
