I had to leave town for work and I am on a ship now. My access to the web is severly limited, and my phone service will not work this far offshore.
I have decided to just order another pair of resonators. I enjoy the exhaust too much to want to try something new.
I don't think I will pursue contact with FI anymore.

I work on a ship six months a year and have phone service very rarely, but I always have email. I go months at a time without the ability to make phone calls and keep in touch with the outside world via email.
With patience, almost every business I deal with is email accessible. Those that are not I usually avoid doing business with unless I have to.
The only reason I have service on the net right now is because we have come into port for fuel, and we will be gone in two hours and back at sea.
Obviously I can't always call during business hours on a Saturday.
Don't be surprised if I don't update this thread again for a few weeks.
But, like I said, I will be ordering a new set from the sponsor on here (TH Motorsports).
Hopefully they will be easier to deal with.
The FI exhaust system is awesome, so I'm gonna stick with IT, but I am still very surprised at FI's seemingly declining customer service. Just my experience and I guess that's part of the reason I put this out there.
It will be nice though to get the nasty sound out of there again and get back to sounding sweet again.
