Best Airflow Set Up?

For all you airflow pros out there I am wondering what set up (intake headers exhaust) would be the best for increase in power for an 03 Coupe 6MT, please give me your opinion and estimate on price and any other useful information you can give me would be much appreciated! If this type of thread is already posted I'm sorry I couldn't find it and can you send me link?

As far as your intake is concerned, stick with OEM. Get yrouself a 2006 (Rev-up) OEM airbox, and a Z tube and call it a day.

Avoid K&N and any aftermarket oil filters. They don't offer significant gains, and don't filter nearly as good as an OEM paper filter.

both can make gains. y pipe can flow as well as dual if its designed right. single exhaust is lighter too

Motordyne everything. LOL

5/16" spacer $250 ~ 10 whp/10 tq gain
ART test pipes $650 ~15 hp/15tq through whole band
XYZ pipe + TDX V2 $1500 ~10-15 hp/tq gains

I bet you pick up 30-40 hp with just these mods. The ART test pipes just came out.

crawford headers aren't much harder than other headers....other than you have to remove the engine mounts so you can rock back and forth.

And they do flow pretty well for shorty headers.
