To each their own my friend, I couldn't even find a quality video with borla exhaust + headers, along side megan test pipes, so I'm going into this blind (and or deaf? haha).. Worst case scenario, you take them off and sell them to someone else who does enjoy the output, presto!

i use to have stock exhaust with megan resonated test pipes and the od of the test pipe was larger then the id of the y pipe sounded good but while the engine is decelerating around 2100 rpm it made an almost airleak kinda whistle sound but once i upgraded to a true dual with matching diam it went away so you might want to look into that just so you know

I got my megan v2 testpipes on and may i just say.. they sound ****ing incredible, with no rasp, and only really sound "obnoxious" when you fully open the throttle, love love love. Unfortunately i haven't gotten a sound clip yet because my phone only records in .amr format, unless someone who wants to hear it can play .amr ,with their VLC player or someteeng.. I'll get a clip with my vid cam asap!

i was thinking about going with berky test pipes, but i heard they have the rasp and the gas smell... That changed my mind to order the HFC's less rasp to none

Has anyone had the ART pipes on their stock exhaust? How raspy is it - drone quite noticeable?

Megan V2 resonated TP's with flex joints, u can get them brand new for about $150. You'll be lucky if you can find non resonated test pipes for that price. I don't know why these Megans are so cheap, Megan is a decent brand and these look like a set of $300 pipes.

here are some pics of mine, I got them brand new for $100 locally, lucked out and yea they dont give you rasp just make the stock exhaust more noticeable which was exactly what I was going for

megan racing v2s. louder note and sounds great! had to run some nonfoulers from oreillys ontop of the extensions already on the pipes to keep the light from coming on. thatd be my pick.
