TiTek's aren't bad. Look on YouTube for some vids, and see what suits you best.

FlatlandJU: I have that same problem but with a RSR GT2 exhaust, top speed headers, and just regular JDM Ypipe. I was just about to get the megan test pipes because of that noise. The noise is from the y pipe flex pipes to be exact and it sounds a lot like rattle snake. (2200-1500 rpm) Only happens when decelerate. So how can i eliminate this noise. I thought the resonated test pipes and small flex pipe would reduce vibration a bit so not so much pressure is put on the y pipe flex pipes. I hate that noise- i want a cure!!

so then which of these are better?
the motordyne ART test pipes or the megan racing v2s....
(better power, no drone\raspyness\annoying exhaust notes)

The ART's are better in all aspects but almost 4x the price of Megan's which are sold for $140 shipped from Mr.wong@statik. No offense to Motordyne, but I honestly think an MSRP of right under $600 is just highway robbery, BUT the gains are amazing.

Search for the gains made with ART pipes and you'll see why. Proven gains.

I know this thread is for test pipes, but since its the same category what would be the best set of hfc's to pair with a Stillen TD exhaust? I have heard the stillen hfc's with the Stillen exhaust but it has a slight rasp in the higher rpm which is fine, but wasnt sure if thats the best hfc's out there overall..

Same I realize its pretty tough to do with stock exhaust. I would go with ART pipes personally, do it big!

Def FI HFCs if you can find them. For some reason I can't so I might go with Berk... Or ART pipes if I find a bud that can pass my inspection every year...

I have fast intentions RESONATED test pipes (dramatically reduces rasp) hooked up to the shockwave TDX2 exhaust from motordyne which has helmholtz resonators on it. It has zero rasp and zero drone at cruising speeds and sounds great.

If you get test pipes without resonators expect it to sound raspy...

(side note: if i could, i would totally buy the motordyne ART pipes... i guess i'm a motordyne fanboy haha)

So would the motordyne art pipes be a good combo with the stillen td exhaust? Without the rasp and extremly loud noise levels?
