The new Megan Test Pipes have a build in non-fouler and you should not get a CEL.

If you want to get rid of the "metal rattling" noise I read that you can get a Magnaflow Resonated X-pipe installed inplace of the X02 H-pipe and it will go away. The X02 exhaust has a useless H-pipe.

Get the "Magnaflow resonated x-pipe." It not only replaces the h-pipe but also the resonators. (That is the ideal spot) I have mine installed and it makes a big difference. Before it, I had a rasp every time i would start my car up and reverse. Now, its just clean and smooth.
