which headers/intake most power best sound?

ok so I decided that I'm going with nismo exhaust, 1/2 inch plenum spacer, headers, z tube and an intake. But which headers would give me the most power gains and best sound. And same question for the intake (most power best sound). If it comes down to one or the other then power gains come first. Thanks

As far as Gains unless you are boosted headers do not give a single Gain. As for best sound it will all depend on your exhaust system, that includes your test pipes/cats.
Those will change the sound of your exhaust the most.

yea I've heard hks on the computer and it sounds a little too much like a fart can @ higher rpms, probably sounds better in person tho, but I know a few ppl who said it does sound kinda ricey. Personally I like the unique sound that they come stock I just wanted it a bit louder.

Superglue your fingers to your mouse that way you don't post this non-sense.

Crawford Z headers will net you the most gains.

Very complex header system but it is tried and tested to be one of the best if not the best.

As for intake, research DaveB's thread about the RevUp air box with a drop in k&n filter.
