ok so from reading this my understanding is if you have the rev-up box theres is no need to spend cash money on an intake.. good to know. so now i got cash to spend. what would be a good mod for performance?

You should invest in vinyls... particularly the CF vinyls that go below your side back windows that make your car look and DRIVE like an Audi R8!!! Its like + 47 HP alone!
.
.
.
or maybe an Mrev2 and 1/2" spacer from motordyne, along with some ART pipes
but seriously…
the R8 vinyls especially the Carbon fiber ones... less weight you know

R2C makes a good airbox and good intake option.

Aftermarket intakes will FLOW better...The problem with aftermarket intakes is that they suck in hot engine air. Heat soak kills performance gains with this MAF.

Stillen airbox + JWT popcharger filter = the best but you will have a hell of a time piecing it together

I know a guy selling R2C intakes new for cheap. PM me if you're interested.

Whats your guys opinions on Injen CAI? and would it help to get it in like a Black or a different finish to help from heat soak or is my best thing still to stay with rev up and drop in air filter

stay with the rev-up and drop-in. other intakes are not worth it.

The Injen gets hot as well. Its great within the first few minutes of driving but then you notice the power loss. Get a Z-tube and build a ram air setup with an inclosed filter.
