so i plan on installing ART pipes and keeping the rest of the stock exhaust for now(crap gets expiensive) so since the ART pipes are 2.5 in diameter would i be better off with a y pipe that has 2.5 inlet and 3 outlet or 2.5 in and out?

If you have not installed it yet, can you take pics of the inside merge collector, if you can?

Just so we can see how well they merge or if there any rough edges/restrictions!!!

the ART pipes are 2.25 in and 2.5 out. You would be best to pair with a 2.5 inlet y-pipe and 3" out.

As for this pipe, I think this is a great find. Anybody who is looking to pick up a good y-pipe this is a very good option. Its like the cheaper motordyne without the ability to swap accessories.

I might have bought this had I not already had my XYZ

Hey thanks for the pics, the collector doesn't look bad!! As for the HKS muffler, its 65mm(roughly 2.5in) so you would need some sort of reducer from the 3in y pipe and middy

I have a 04 6mt sedan as well, waiting to see what your results. I know you said you were doing a before and after, are you going to tune it as well?

Sorry to raid the thread but I do offer this M2 Ypipe. I can get you a good G35Driver price on it as well

Also, Megan Racing came out with a Version2 Ypipe that is very similar as well.

Please feel free to hit me up if you have any questions.
