Hmm, so out of curiosity, I looked at all his previous posts.

They are all the same... most of them are threads he started asking the same question over and over again, whether it be about exhaust, intake, or debadging.

Sorry sir, it looks like you haven't been doing any reading or attempt at searching and finding the answers for yourself. You will receive no hand out assistance from me.

Max, you have a member to know how to search. Look in the Exhaust forum in the Tech section and you will find plenty of opinions on these subjects.

You're better off with HFCs cause that's where most of the restriction is and you'll be street legal in 50 states. Headers are only worth 2 to 5 HP, at the cost of over $1K+ for parts/install they're not worth it! Using your OE exhaust with HFCs you'll sound better/deeper and with less restriction you'll pick up some HP....

Do a search for "HFC" and "ART pipes" in the exhaust section and you'll find all the info you need. ART pipes have their own official thread explaining everything about them. Do a little legwork man.

A little info:

HFC - high flow cats, provide better exhaust flow than oem cats.

ART pipes - essentially test pipes with resonators attached to them.

Lord help us, this is your 12th useless thread...
SEARCH!
Here i'll help get you started:
http://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=best+intake+for+g35&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8You don't have to limit your search to this forum only (our search function here is not the best; the "Aggressive Wheels and Stretched Tires" thread is the #1 result on every search I do... ), Google is your best friend!
