Video: Motordyne shockwave

Well guys I have had the shockwave exhaust installed for alittle while now with stock headers and cats...I recently picked up MINES TEST PIPES and I installed them today!!! very easy and simple install.

Want to say that the sound with the TEST PIPES is beautiful!!!! DEF alot louder!!! however the downside at higher RPMS there is some rasp which I dont like...if I keep it under and around 2500-4000 normal driving and acceleration the sound is very good!! When I get on it is when you hear the rasp.

The videos are very short as it was getting late and didnt want to much reving going on in the neighborhood. I need to get a good video camera and a friend to take the video when cruising and wide open throttle.

with that being said.

First Video is with STOCK CATS

Second Video is with MINES TEST PIPES installed.

its the V1 shockwave. I am still trying to decide what I like better...I may end up switching to a resonated test pipe or HFC instead. the fuel smell isnt bad but Im not a big fan of it.

Wow, totally different sound from the OEM cats to the test pipes which I expected but I thought it would have been way louder with the test pipes. Not according to the vid you posted....

nice, can't wait to hear in person. I need to get my test pipes on, think my HFC are restricting my cams a bit.
