Does anyone on here have the ShockWave))) TDX2 setup with xyz-pipe and one of the modular options(straight, resonator, and HFC). I was wondering if it would be possilbe to take pictures from under the car because I wanted to see how its setup? possible in the run of getting this exhaust. Thank you

Nope. The collector on the TDX is closer to the XYZ pipe than on the dual, so there's no room for the accessories. May I ask why you want to run the accessories? I'm assuming you want to run test pipes with the hfc accessory.
I love my setup, wouldn't have it any other way. Top notch motordyne quality, beastly sound (IMO), and proven performance gains which I have personally had dyno'd.
Here's a vid of Jayk's car, and mine. He has the original dual shockwave w/hfc xyz accessory and ART pipes, and I have the shockwave v2 tdx with ART pipes. You'll have to excuse the sound distortion on my clips, i guess it overwhelmed the camera? Lol. It was a brand new $550 panasonic 1080p hd camcorder from bestbuy too....

Well Tony named it the Shockwave for a reason lol. It's definitely one of the louder exhausts available for our cars. In the video you can still hear our car's decelerating when we're all the way down the road. You're basically running straight pipes with a couple resonators. It's not annoyingly loud though.
The great thing about the system, is that it's actually pretty quiet inside the cabin, you can barely even tell it's there when you're cruising on the highway.

i dont really know much people that have this setup around where i live but just based on the vid you and Jayk did, which was awesomely helpful with the comparison from the shockwave and the V2. Hearing this video and all the others it has that exotic but in a way the g35 exhaust sound but more beefed up.
Anyways thanks man for clearing up that you cant run the modulars on the V2 but most likely im more towards the V2. oh did you need the g35 extension?
