bump i do believe the berks are legal in all states, can't remember for sure so check the actual berk website. i have their HFC'S on my car and love it except for i ran into the CEL problem, heard it was easy fix with o2 simulator.

There are no legal aftermarket CATS sold in Cali. Look around for some used ones, I picked up a used set of CATS for around 200 bucks on this site.

eeehhhh sucks for cali but good job on the info. thanks god im in the good ol redneck state of south carolina, no emmision testing here
